Find someone who fits you.
Insurance networks match you by plan. We match you by person: what you want help with, who you'd feel comfortable with, the language you think in, your faith, and how you want to meet. Answer five quick questions and see the providers who fit best, and why.

We're adding Texas providers every week. Try fewer answers, choose video visits, or search every provider. In a crisis, call or text 988.
Questions
Is anything I pick sent anywhere?
No. Your answers stay in this page, in your browser. Nothing is sent to Cima or to any provider, and nothing is saved. Close the page and they're gone.
How are matches ordered?
First we show only providers who meet your must-haves: how you want to meet, how you'll pay and who the care is for. Then we put them in order of how many of the other things you picked they offer, like what you want help with, language, faith or lived experience. Among equally good fits, Featured listings come first, and they're always labeled. Nobody pays to be a better match.
Where does the information come from?
Each provider fills in their own listing: what they focus on, how they work, who they work with and what a first visit is like. We check their Texas license or certification before it goes up, but we don't rate or recommend anyone. A short call before the first visit is the best way to tell if someone is right for you.
What if I need help right now?
Call 911 in an emergency. In a mental health or substance use crisis, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, any time. SAMHSA's National Helpline, 1-800-662-4357, is free and confidential.
