Free website maker
A one-page website for your practice at gocimahealth.com/yourname, with your story, your services and prices, and a button clients book from, plus a printable flyer and a QR code. It comes with your free Find Care listing.
Make your free websiteSuperbill maker
A detailed receipt your client sends to their insurance to get paid back for out-of-network therapy: your NPI and tax ID, their diagnosis codes, and each session's CPT code, place of service, fee and payment, with totals and a signature line.
Why it matters: plans send back claims that are missing a code or an ID, and your client waits weeks to find out. A complete superbill gets them reimbursed, which makes it easier for them to keep seeing you.
Make a superbillGood Faith Estimate maker
The written estimate the federal No Surprises Act requires for uninsured and self-pay clients, with every element the rule lists, the math for up to 12 months of sessions, the required disclaimers and the timing rules.
Why it matters: it's the law for every provider who sees self-pay clients, and a bill $400 or more over the estimate lets a client start a federal dispute. A clear estimate protects you both.
Make a Good Faith EstimateNothing you type leaves your computer
These tools work entirely inside your web browser. The page itself builds the document as you type, so there's nothing to upload and no account to make:
- Nothing is sent. No client name, date of birth, diagnosis or fee is sent to Cima or anyone else.
- Nothing about clients is saved. Close the tab and the client's details are gone.
- Your practice details, only if you ask. Tick "remember my practice details on this computer" and your name, NPI, tax ID and office are kept in this browser, so you don't retype them. Untick it to forget them.
- The PDF is yours. "Download PDF" opens your browser's own print window, where you save it. Store and send it the way you'd send any client record.
The tools are free because we'd like Texas providers to know Cima Find Care, a directory where clients find a licensed provider by insurance, city and focus, and book an open time online. You don't have to list your practice to use them, and we never ask for your email.
Free online booking, too
List your practice on Cima Find Care, free, and clients book open times from your listing, any hour, instead of leaving a voicemail. We never take a cut of your sessions.
Questions
Who needs a superbill?
Clients who see a provider outside their insurance network and want their plan to pay them back. They pay you, then send the superbill with the plan's claim form. Clients whose provider is in network don't need one, because the provider bills the plan.
Who needs a Good Faith Estimate?
Clients who are uninsured, or who have insurance but aren't using it for your services. They're owed one when they schedule at least 3 business days ahead, or whenever they ask. Clients using Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, TRICARE or VA care aren't covered by this rule.
Are the tools really free?
Yes, with no sign-up, no email and no limit. Listing your practice on Cima Find Care is separate and optional, and a basic listing is free too, with free online booking.
Is my clients' information private?
Yes. Nothing you type leaves your computer: each tool builds its document in your browser and sends nothing anywhere. Client details are never saved, and practice details are kept only if you tick "remember", in that browser only.
What if a client is billed more than their Good Faith Estimate?
If the bill is $400 or more over the estimate for any provider or facility, the client can start a dispute with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services within 120 calendar days of the date on the bill. CMS explains how at cms.gov/nosurprises, or call 1-800-985-3059. Providers can avoid it by giving a new estimate before care changes.
General information, not legal or billing advice. Check cms.gov and the client's plan for current requirements.
